EXPLICIT CONSENT
(Within the Scope of the Privacy Notice on the Processing of Customer Personal Data)

I declare that I have read and understood the Privacy Notice on the Processing of Customer Personal Data prepared by PROJX Digital İnovatif Teknolojiler A.Ş ("PROJX") in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

In this context, limited to the purposes set out in the Privacy Notice, I acknowledge and declare that I give my explicit consent (Açık Rıza) for the following personal data processing and/or transfer activities:

1) Marketing and Commercial Electronic Messages (IYS)

• The transfer of my full name and contact information to the Message Management System (IYS) for the purposes of carrying out advertising, promotion, marketing and campaign processes, contacting me for these purposes, and within the scope of PROJX's obligations arising from the legislation.

2) Transfer abroad within the scope of Domain / ICANN processes

• The transfer of my identity and contact data to ICANN-accredited data storage firms established abroad, where this is required for the provision of the service and/or where the data must be stored on servers located abroad.

3) Transfer abroad within the scope of SSL / licence / software services

• The transfer of my identity and contact data, and of my IP data relating to the device used, to SSL registration firms, SSL intermediary firms, software firms and licence-sales intermediary firms established abroad, for the purposes of providing SSL certificate services, carrying out licence processes and/or providing/storing the relevant services on servers located abroad.

4) Transfer abroad due to remote technical support tools

• In the event of remote technical support, the transfer of data to applications such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer and WhatsApp, given that the third-party application providers used are established abroad and that the data may be stored on servers located abroad.

5) Use of cloud / data centres abroad at my request

• Where, by my explicit consent and at my own request, I wish the infrastructure and/or cloud services of the services I receive to be located in data centres established abroad, the transfer of my personal data to the country in which the data centre of the cloud service provider I have requested is located.
