1) Purpose and Scope

The data within the scope of this notice may, in accordance with the applicable legislation and only to the extent necessary to fulfil the above purposes, be shared with:

  • our business partners,
  • hosting/infrastructure, analytics and marketing technology providers,
  • public institutions and private entities legally authorised.

9) Your Rights as a Data Subject

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • find out whether your personal data is being processed,
  • request information if it has been processed,
  • learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically/abroad,
  • request rectification if processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • request erasure/destruction if the conditions arise,
  • object to a result arising against you from automated analyses,
  • request compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests via the "Data Subject Application Form". Requests will be finalised as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days, depending on their nature. If a cost arises, a fee may be requested according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

10) Updates to the Notice

The types and functions of the cookies used on the Platforms may change over time. The Cookie Notice may therefore be updated; updates take effect on the date they are published on the Platforms.
