UI/UX DESIGN AND

DESIGN SYSTEM

projx digital

Do your digital assets lead the consumer to the buy button effortlessly and in a way that makes them want to return?

A good product speaks to the user through the interface. When a user “dislikes” a screen, the issue is usually not aesthetic: it is not being able to find, understand, trust or operate it. This directly impacts conversion, usage frequency and support load.

Especially in a purchasing world where marketplaces gain strength every day, the moves that will put you ahead are measured in seconds.

Abandoned transactions are actually the moment when the product you make or the service you offer loses all of its shine.

At PROJX Digital we do not view UI/UX design as simply producing “beautiful screens.” Our goal is to build a consistent, accessible and scalable experience across web, mobile and SaaS screens. We achieve this not by designing individual screens, but by making it permanent through a Design System. We would love to be the architect of your digital storefront — one the end consumer navigates easily, shops on safely and turns to whenever needed.

PROBLEMS

projx digital
FLOWS ARE NOT CLEAR

The user takes too many steps to reach the goal. The consumer feels a sense of “wasted time.”

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE IS SCATTERED

Menu/category/filter structures fight with the user. Finding anything is difficult.

INCONSISTENT UI

When there are different buttons, different spacings and different tones across pages, the user hesitates repeatedly during checkout and usually abandons the transaction halfway.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT ARE DISCONNECTED

The design breaks when implemented; every sprint feels like a “redesign.”

ACCESSIBILITY AND STATES ARE MISSING

Error/empty/loading/success states have not been considered. In today’s extremely fragile cybersecurity landscape, these gaps can lead to irreversible losses.

IMPACTS

LOW CONVERSION, LOW TASK SUCCESS

Low conversion and low task success (the user being unable to complete the job)

INCREASED SUPPORT REQUESTS

Increased support requests and operational cost

REPETITIVE WORK

Slowdown in product development speed (repetitive work, design debt)

LOSS OF TRUST

“Disarray” in brand perception and loss of trust

UI AND UX ARE TWO FACES OF THE SAME GOAL

UX EXPERIENCE (User Experience)

Flow, logic, information architecture, usability and decision points. “Can the user finish their task easily?” Or does the process keep ending halfway?

projx digital
UI (User Interface)

It consists of visual language, hierarchy, legibility, interaction and brand consistency. The question we seek to answer is: “Is this system understandable, consistent and trustworthy?”

For us UX is the correctness of strategy and flow, while UI is making that correctness consistent and implementable. It is also the area where we can best showcase the perfect harmony and seamless progress of art and architecture.

SERVICE SCOPE
WHAT WE DO

projx digital
UX RESEARCH AND
EXPERIENCE DESIGN
  • Goals, user types (personas) and usage scenarios are defined
  • User journeys and critical flows are mapped, and surprises are eliminated
  • Information architecture (IA), navigation and content hierarchy are planned according to your strategy
  • Wireframes and flow prototypes (low/mid fidelity) are produced
UI DESIGN AND
INTERACTION DESIGN
  • Visual language: typography, color, iconography, grid/spacing
  • Component behaviors: states (hover/active/disabled), form errors, feedback
  • Screen designs: web/mobile/SaaS/kiosk (as needed)
  • Accessibility (a legibility and contrast approach aligned with WCAG principles)

DESIGN SYSTEM
SETUP

We set up the Design System not as a “document” but as a design–development vocabulary that accelerates production:

  • Design tokens: core variables such as color, typography, spacing, radius and shadow
  • Component library: button, input, modal, table, card, navigation, etc.
  • Rule set: usage guide, do/don’t, example variations
  • Versioning and governance: how a new component request is opened, who approves it, and how it gets updated
PROTOTYPING AND
USABILITY VALIDATION
  • Flow tests with clickable prototypes
  • Quick usability tests on critical scenarios (depending on scope)
  • Incorporating feedback into the design and closing risks early

projx digital
DEVELOPER HANDOFF
AND UI QA
  • Developer handoff (specs, measurements, token/component mapping)
  • UI QA during implementation: checks to ensure the design does not break in production

7
TOOLS AND WAYS OF WORKING
projx digital
Depending on project scale we can work in a Figma-centric way; what matters is not the name of the tool but the consistent implementation of the design in production and the establishment of a shared design–development language. How well this foundation is balanced determines the strength of every layer added on top.

Speed in visual production matters; but…
Producing quickly while preserving the brand standard matters more.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If the product spans multiple screens, teams or channels, then yes: it directly impacts speed, consistency and maintenance cost. The needs of one-off landing page work are not the same as those of living products. That is why a tailored map and needs list matters. This process is essential not only for the work to move forward correctly but also for the budget to be managed correctly.

Yes. However, if the UX foundation is weak, UI alone may not carry the target metrics. That is why we recommend UX validation at least for the critical flows. While we work to keep costs efficient, we never overlook your real needs.

Yes. We prepare the handoff package in a way that a developer can implement directly. If needed, we close deviations in production together through UI QA. We always create a backup plan for every scenario.

All of them. We produce designs for different screen types — websites, mobile apps, SaaS dashboards, kiosk screens — with the same system approach. Beyond design, content tone and being user-friendly, device-appropriate optimization ensures there are no gaps in your communication circle.

Basic legibility/contrast and state design are part of our standard approach. If the scope is expanded, a more detailed effort is carried out according to the targeted WCAG level.

Corporate Identity & Brand Design

Your brand's first impression is most often not yours to control; it belongs to your digital touchpoints, and when those touchpoints lack consistency, trust quickly erodes. PROJX Digital designs corporate identity not as a mere logo, but as a living system that makes your brand speak the same language everywhere.

UI/UX Design & Design System

When users do not like a product, the issue is usually not the aesthetics of the design but the inability to find, understand or trust it, which directly lowers conversion. PROJX Digital builds UI/UX not as isolated screens but as a coherent and scalable Design System that guides the user effortlessly to outcomes.

UX Audit & Conversion Optimization

When users abandon transactions, the problem is rarely the look of the design but the invisible friction points in the experience, which directly pull down your conversion. With UX Audit & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), you can measure and remove those obstacles to build a smoother, more trustworthy and result-driven experience.
