Is high digital visibility a success criterion? Which outcomes should we tie our success criteria to?
Being visible in digital marketing is not a success criterion on its own. Our definition of success is the conversion of the budget into measurable results (sales, leads, appointments, quote requests). The metrics on ad panels (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS) only become meaningful when tied to a "business outcome". The result that emerges builds the roadmap for our next step. As important as gaining visibility and data is knowing how to evaluate them correctly and how to use the outcome.
At PROJX Digital, we approach performance marketing not as "launching and watching a campaign", but as a growth system that operates through the cycle of measurement + creative production + optimization + reporting. For us, "launching the campaign" is not the end of a job, but its very beginning.
On the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (SEM) side, we bring the budget, the goal and the data together at the same table.
