SENDING OF COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
INFORMATION AND CONSENT TEXT

In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce ("Law No. 6563") and the relevant legislation:

Commercial electronic communications are messages transmitted electronically by means such as telephone, call center, fax, automatic call systems, electronic mail, short message service (SMS) and similar means, with promotional, advertising, campaign, promotion, product/service offer, satisfaction survey and announcement content.

Consent rule and IYS: Commercial electronic communications are, as a rule, sent on the basis of prior consent. Consent/rejection records can be monitored through the Commercial Electronic Communications Management System ("IYS"). Commercial electronic communications may not be sent through the relevant channel to recipients who have a rejection record in IYS.

Your right to refuse: Even if you have given consent, you may refuse to receive commercial electronic communications at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge. You can easily exercise your right of refusal through the same channel as the one through which the communication was sent, and also through IYS. Your rejection notice invalidates your consent for the relevant channel.

Service notifications: Where we obtain your contact information for the purpose of "getting in touch with us", notifications regarding the changes, use, maintenance, security and similar matters related to the product or service you have purchased/obtained may be sent within the scope permitted by legislation, without the need for separate consent.

Scope of consent

As PROJX Digital İnovatif Teknolojiler A.Ş. ("PROJX"), where you give your consent, we may send you commercial electronic communications via the contact information you share through our website and/or customer panel for the following purposes:

• Product/service notifications (including promotional content),
• Campaigns, promotions, discounts,
• Product/service offers,
• Satisfaction surveys,
• Announcements and event notifications.

Communications may be sent via e-mail, SMS, telephone calls/call center and other communication channels listed in the legislation.

Data sharing (limited to the sending of communications)

In the processes of sending commercial electronic communications, data may be shared in a limited way with our service suppliers (e.g., SMS/e-mail delivery infrastructure, call center service providers), solely for the purpose of technically delivering the communication and managing the records. Such sharing is carried out by applying technical and administrative security measures in compliance with legislation.
