Digital commerce infrastructure that accelerates direct-from-stock sales and parts access for İlke Otomotiv
In 2022, PROJX Digital developed for İlke Otomotiv an integrated digital commerce infrastructure where up-to-date spare parts can be found more quickly, in-stock products can be shown directly to customers, and sales processes can be tracked end to end. Within the scope of the project, SWOT analysis, project scoping, project architecture design, e-commerce website, B2B platform, UI Design, maintenance agreement, X8 Core Business Management Software, email marketing, SEO, automotive spare parts management system, parts-to-vehicle relationship structure, inventory system, barcode system, accounting management, brand management, physical POS payment point, chatbot system, marketing integration, Meta Ads and Google Ads were addressed together. The main goal of the project was to establish a structure capable of direct-from-stock sales, with an integrated sales setup, that is operationally manageable.

Operating in the automotive industry, İlke Otomotiv needed not just an e-commerce site, but a system that could convert its up-to-date inventory into a real sales flow, where customers could quickly access the right spare part and commercial processes could be centrally managed.
The need here went beyond the classic product-listing logic. The structure required for the brand was a sustainable digital commerce backbone capable of direct-from-stock sales, supporting both the B2B side and the end-user side, making parts searches easier, and unifying payment and accounting processes within the same system.
MAIN PROBLEM
The core issue to be solved in the project was the availability of up-to-date spare parts and the direct display of in-stock items to customers. Users' inability to quickly find the part they were looking for led to lost sales opportunities, while insufficient integration between inventory and sales structures also reduced operational efficiency.
The solution required for İlke Otomotiv was a unified system that simplified product access, carried inventory data directly into the sales channel, presented the part-vehicle relationship more clearly, and centrally managed the entire commerce process.
PROJECT GOAL
The main goal of this project was to build a commerce infrastructure capable of direct-from-stock sales, with an integrated sales setup and easy management. In addition, the aim was to help prospective customers reach the right part more quickly, unify online and physical sales channels, and make the sales process end-to-end traceable.
PROJX APPROACH
PROJX Digital did not treat this project as merely an e-commerce development job. The process was planned with a holistic methodology that considered user experience, product availability, inventory flow, accounting connection, payment scenarios, advertising integrations, and sales operations together.
Starting the project with a SWOT analysis, existing bottlenecks, sales opportunities, and operational needs were clarified. Then, in the project scoping and project architecture design stages, parts access and commerce management were combined within the same structure. Thus, not just a site that sells, but a powerful system that centralizes sales, operations, and marketing flows was produced.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
The project developed for İlke Otomotiv was advanced with a multi-layered and controlled UX/UI methodology.
In the Discovery stage, user expectations, parts-search behaviors, and industry needs were analyzed through observation, interviewing, competitor analysis, and prototyping processes.
In the Define stage, the customer's path to the right product and purchase decision process were clarified through persona, user audience, and customer journey map studies.
In the Developer stage, the backbone of the e-commerce structure, the B2B platform, and the parts-search system was built through brainstorming, information architecture, and user flow work.
In the Design stage, wireframes, system designs, UI Design, testing, and presentation processes were completed.
Thanks to this methodology, the resulting structure became not just an aesthetically strong commerce interface, but an experience in which users reach the part faster, complete the purchase flow more
comfortably, and the sales teams track the process more clearly.
PARTS-SEARCH SYSTEM, DIRECT-FROM-STOCK SALES AND X8 CORE INFRASTRUCTURE
The most critical component of the digital structure developed for İlke Otomotiv was the convergence on the same platform of the automotive spare parts management system and direct-from-stock sales logic. By making the spare part-to-vehicle relationship more visible, the chance of users selecting the wrong product was reduced and the time to access the correct product was shortened.
Thanks to the inventory system and barcode structure, product management became more controlled, while the X8 Core Business Management Software formed the sustainable and extensible backbone of this entire structure. As a result, the system gained the flexibility not only to meet today's sales needs but also to adapt to growing commerce volume.
INTEGRATION ARCHITECTURE
In the project, a multi-layered structure was planned with Google, Microsoft, digital marketing tools, CRM, inventory system, accounting, e-invoice, and Ingenico POS integration. As a result, online sales, physical payment points, financial processes, and customer relationships began to operate more consistently within the same system.
Meta Ads and Google Ads integrations strengthened visibility and demand generation, while the chatbot system made user communication faster and more fluent. Thus, the digital structure was transformed from one that merely presents products into an active system that manages demand and converts it into sales.

As a result, İlke Otomotiv's digital presence was transformed from a place that merely lists products into an active commerce hub that produces sales, visibility, communication, and operational control.
RESULT
At the end of the project, İlke Otomotiv's digital visibility, product access capacity, and sales-operations management were significantly strengthened. The ability to display in-stock products directly to customers, faster parts access, and end-to-end traceability of sales processes increased the brand's commercial efficiency.
On the measurable side, the project delivered a 1000% increase in visitor statistics. In addition, end-to-end sales tracking capability offered significant improvement not only in visibility but also in terms of operational control and commerce management.
