Front-End Developer

ABOUT US

PROJX Digital İnovatif Teknolojiler A.Ş is a technology company that develops web-based products and custom software solutions for corporate companies and at the same time provides end-to-end services in experience design (UI/UX), growth and infrastructure.
We are looking for a Front-End Developer who will take the user experience of our web-based projects to a "premium + performance-focused" level.

ROLE SUMMARY

A teammate who will play an active role in the interface development processes of our web-based software projects, translate designs into production cleanly and accurately, improve the interfaces of existing projects and deliver high-quality work in coordination with the teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design-to-code conversion processes on existing or new projects (from Adobe XD / similar design tools to HTML/CSS/JS).
• Add, edit and manage interface content within existing projects.
• Analyze bugs/requests that arise during UI development and produce practical, sustainable and high-quality solutions.
• Learn the logical flow of existing projects and contribute to enhancements in line with that flow.
• Carry out development with proper version control and code review discipline.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Good level of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
• Hands-on responsive interface development with Bootstrap
• Ability to manage client-side data flow with Ajax
• Experience or strong familiarity with AngularJS and/or Vue.js
• Active working experience with the Git version control system
• Comfortable working with debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, etc.)

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of Laravel
• Basic knowledge of the MySQL database system
• Experience working in agile development processes (Agile/Scrum)
• Ability to read and apply English technical documentation

EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS

Candidates are given a short brief and a small UI development deliverable is expected based on that brief. Evaluation is made on code quality, component approach, responsive fit and problem solving.
