A digital structure for Petroyag Group that strengthens corporate visibility and dealer communication
In 2024, PROJX Digital developed for Petroyag Group both a corporate website that more powerfully reflects the brand identity and a management portal structure that accelerates dealer communication and operational information flow. Within the scope of the project, UX Design, UI Design, server infrastructure, PROJX SEO Algorithms, X8 Core Business Management Software, the Dealer Portal and the Document Management Portal were addressed together within the same ecosystem. The main goal was to strengthen the group image, increase digital visibility and make dealer communication more efficient.

BRAND & NEED
Operating in the chemical industry, Petroyag Group needed a system that would reflect its strong corporate structure more clearly on the digital side and at the same time manage communication with its dealer network more effectively. It was not just a corporate website that looks good visually that was required, but a central digital structure that accurately conveys the brand's seriousness, sectoral strength and organisational structure, while also supporting business processes.
This need pushed the project beyond a classic web design exercise. The aim was to build a sustainable digital system that simultaneously strengthens corporate visibility and dealer interaction.
MAIN PROBLEM
There were two fundamental needs to be solved within the project. The first was the absence of an effective digital tool capable of representing Petroyag Group's brand identity in a sufficiently strong and contemporary way. The second was the need for a portal infrastructure that would speed up dealer communication, ease document access and deliver more orderly management.
When there is a gap of strength between a brand's digital appearance and its corporate perception, commercial communication can also weaken. Likewise, a scattered information flow with the dealer network can limit operational efficiency. The solution Petroyag Group needed was to bring these two areas together within a single strategic framework.
PROJECT GOAL
The main goal of this project was to strengthen Petroyag Group's digital image and to build a faster, more controlled and more sustainable communication infrastructure with the dealers. While the corporate website supports the brand's external appearance, the dealer portal and document management infrastructure were designed to make interaction with business partners stronger.
PROJX APPROACH
PROJX Digital managed the project with a holistic methodology that addresses visual design, user experience, technical development and operational needs together. The aim was not only to prepare a new site; it was to strengthen both Petroyag Group's external communication and its dealer communication connected to the internal ecosystem.
The process advanced through the Discovery, Define, Developer and Design steps. In this way, user expectations, content flow, dealer needs, information architecture and brand perception were evaluated within the same structure. The resulting system delivered an aesthetic, functional and extensible digital foundation.
SERVICES PROVIDED AND STRUCTURES DEPLOYED
In the Petroyag Group project, PROJX Digital deployed the following services and products together:
SERVER INFRASTRUCTURE
UX DESIGN
UI DESIGN
CORPORATE WEBSITE
PROJX SEO ALGORITHMS
X8 CORE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
DEALER PORTAL
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT PORTAL
Thanks to this structure, brand visibility and operational communication ceased to be two disconnected areas and were turned into a
single-centred
digital experience.
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
The project process was structured with a controlled UX/UI approach.
In the Discovery phase, interviews and prototyping work clarified the needs.
In the Define phase, persona, target user audience and customer journey map work were carried out.
In the Developer phase, brainstorming, information architecture and user flow setups built the system's backbone.
In the Design phase, wireframe, system design, UI Design, testing and presentation processes were run.
Thanks to this methodology, both the corporate website and the management portal side gained a structure that supports the user experience,
eases access to information and strengthens brand perception.
MANAGEMENT PORTAL AND INTEGRATION INFRASTRUCTURE
The structure built for Petroyag Group was not limited to a website oriented only at external communication. The infrastructure designed on the X8 Core Business Management Software base was complemented by a dealer portal and a document management portal, turning it into a more extensible and sustainable system.
Supported by integrations such as Sales Force and Google, this structure makes the information flow more centralised, while dealer communication also began to progress faster and in a more controlled manner. Document access, information sharing and touchpoints with business partners were made more orderly. Thus, the portal positioned itself not just as an access area but as an active management tool that strengthens commercial relationships.
SEO, VISIBILITY AND MARKETING INFRASTRUCTURE
In the Petroyag Group project, SEO and the digital structure were addressed not as a layer added at the end of the design but as one of the project's core elements.
SEO INFRASTRUCTURE
The technical SEO infrastructure was strengthened with PROJX SEO Algorithms
WEB SETUP
The page structure, heading architecture and content setup were planned to support search visibility
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
Pages explaining the group structure, service areas and sectoral expertise were organised with a stronger information architecture
USER EXPERIENCE
Flows that help B2B users reach the information they need faster were created
PERFORMANCE FOCUSED
A strong technical foundation was built on speed, mobile performance, indexability and crawlability
MARKETING ANALYTICS
With Sales Force and Google integrations, user behaviour and marketing performance were made trackable
STRONG FOUNDATION
The corporate website and dealer communication channels were structured to work more efficiently under the same digital roof
Thanks to this approach, Petroyag Group's digital presence became stronger in terms of visibility, trust and communication efficiency.
RESULT
At the end of the project, Petroyag Group's corporate digital appearance reached a stronger, more premium and more manageable structure. While the website turned into a marketing tool that reflects the brand identity more clearly, the dealer portal and document management infrastructure also accelerated communication with business partners.
On the measurable side, the project delivered a 230% increase in visitor traffic. Alongside this, dealer communication processes accelerated; information access, document sharing and interaction points became more efficient. This result clearly showed that when digital visibility and operational management are addressed together, much stronger outputs can be produced.
