Since the vast majority of software around the world is developed with the end user in mind, calling the user interface unimportant would be quite absurd. In this article, we explain how important interface design is in software.

What Is UI Design, User Interface Design?
We can reach many applications via our phones, computers, tablets or smart watches and fulfill our wishes through them. Think for a moment about the menus, visuals, various buttons and many other details you encounter being designed within a certain aesthetic and algorithm, but do not leave because we have arrived. In the simplest terms, when it comes to information technology, UI design covers this area.
In user interface design, the elements are not limited to these alone. The interaction that occurs when one interacts with each of these objects is also the result of the work carried out in the UI Design section. Even though the user sees all operations as a whole, behind the scenes there can be thousands of different design and interaction formats.

Why Is UI Design So Important in Software
As in everything, when it comes to software, creating satisfaction on the side of the product's final owner, that is, the end user, is the general purpose of the operation. To achieve this result, the right research and work must be done for the users, and these must be taken into account in the design section. Additionally, a certain form must be created within the scope of the software's capacity and vision. In this context, who takes the stage as the leading actor? Yes, UI Design. 
Although aesthetics may come to mind first because of the concept of UI Design, in software it is at least as important as aesthetics to put forth a structure that is usable and easy to access. The aim is to put forth an elegant operation with ease of use while responding to potential or existing demands of the product produced.

One of the things uniquely expected from an interface design is consistency. The simplest example we can give for this is the following: imagine that an item you need keeps appearing in different places; it would be annoying, would not it? In interface design, paying attention to this and aiming for users to understand the software at hand and not have to learn something new again easily is quite important.
In short, it is possible to say this: no matter how well-coded or how much graphics processing capacity a piece of software has, at the end of the day, if it is not presented to the user with an easy, usable and aesthetic UI design, it will largely fail. For this reason, we still stand behind our statement that UI design is the most critical point of software.
