Software Project Manager (Technical Project Manager)

PROJX Digital İnovatif Teknolojiler A.Ş is a technology company offering end-to-end services in custom software development, web/e-commerce solutions, product engineering, experience design (UI/UX), growth and managed infrastructure (DevOps) for corporate companies.
We are looking for a Software Project Manager with strong execution skills to plan, coordinate and run projects with a communication standard that gives confidence to clients.

ROLE SUMMARY

A project manager who correctly understands client expectations and clarifies scope; produces the plan together with the teams; foresees and manages risks; and grows delivery quality and satisfaction at the same time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run regular communication with existing clients via phone, e-mail and meetings.
• Plan and run online and in-person client meetings and turn the outcomes into actions.
• Alongside software development processes, coordinate with UI/UX, content, visual production and digital marketing teams when needed.
• Manage projects end to end across the scope-time-budget-quality axis; secure timely and accurate delivery.
• Plan release processes; coordinate testing, checklists, approvals and rollout steps.
• Build the in-team work plan; run task allocation, prioritization and tracking.
• Address issues that arise in the processes analytically and produce practical and sustainable solutions.
• Keep project documentation organized (brief, scope, meeting notes, decision records, acceptance criteria).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in software project management and ability to give examples of projects you have led.
• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English communication.
• Strong project management discipline focused on time management, quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate among multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver work without disruption.
• Experience in release/go-live processes of software solutions.
• Inquisitive, open to learning, able to adapt quickly to new tools and methods.
• Analytical thinker with strong communication skills and a team player.
• Proactive, results-driven, with developed problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
