A digital infrastructure that grows brand awareness and project visibility for Mediterra Group
In 2023, PROJX Digital developed for Mediterra Group an integrated digital structure that better conveyed the group structure, generated visitor traffic and increased brand awareness. The scope of the project covered server infrastructure, the corporate website, CRM, the maintenance agreement, email marketing, PROJX SEO Algorithms, X8 Core and the real estate portal together. The objective was to transform Mediterra Group's digital presence from a mere showcase into a central marketing and management tool that supports brand strength and project visibility.

BRAND & NEED
Operating in the real estate and construction industry, Mediterra Group needed a structure that would express the group's organisation, expertise and project strength more powerfully on the digital side. The need was not simply to produce an aesthetically pleasing corporate website. It was also to build a sustainable system in which visitors could more easily understand the group structure, service areas and projects, while strengthening brand trust and digital communication.
For this reason, the project was approached not as a conventional holding website effort but as a strategic digital transformation project that brought visibility, trust and project promotion together within the same structure.
MAIN PROBLEM
The core issue to be solved in the project was that the Mediterra Group brand was not being promoted strongly enough in the digital environment. In group and holding structures, an unclear corporate narrative can lead visitors to misread the brand and prevent the project value from being fully reflected digitally.
The structure required for Mediterra Group was a central corporate platform that would increase brand awareness, generate visitor traffic, support project presentations and make digital communication processes more efficient.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The core objective of this project was to generate visitor traffic for Mediterra Group and increase brand
awareness. Additional goals were to make the group's digital appearance more premium
, present projects more powerfully, manage customer relationships in a more
controlled way and support sustainable digital growth with a solid infrastructure
.
PROJX APPROACH
PROJX Digital did not handle the project simply as a corporate web design assignment. The process was designed with a holistic approach that jointly evaluated brand storytelling, user experience, SEO, CRM needs, project visibility and growth targets.
Throughout the Discovery, Define, Developer and Design phases, the target audience, user flows, information architecture, project presentation structure and digital touchpoints were planned within the same framework. As a result, more than just a good-looking site was created; an active digital structure was built that directly contributed to Mediterra Group's brand strength, digital visibility and visitor traffic.
SERVICES PROVIDED AND STRUCTURES DEPLOYED
On the Mediterra Group project, PROJX Digital deployed the following services and products together:
SERVER INFRASTRUCTURE
CORPORATE WEBSITE
CRM
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
E-MAIL MARKETING
PROJX SEO ALGORITHMS
X8 CORE
REAL ESTATE PORTAL
Thanks to this structure, the project moved beyond a launched group website and became a holistic digital
system focused on visibility, relationship management and project promotion
.
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
The project developed for Mediterra Group was carried out with a multi-layered and controlled UX/UI methodology.
In the Discovery phase, the existing needs, user expectations and industry positioning were analysed in detail through observation, interviewing, competitor analysis and prototyping processes.
In the Define phase, the target audience's behaviours and decision flow were clarified through persona, user audience and customer journey map work.
In the Developer phase, the backbone of the digital structure was built through brainstorming, information architecture and user flow work.
In the Design phase, the wireframes, system designs, UI Design, testing and presentation processes were completed.
Thanks to this methodology, the resulting structure not only delivered a strong corporate appearance aesthetically; it also turned into a digital experience in which visitors could reach information more easily, explore projects better and perceive the Mediterra Group brand more strongly.
X8 CORE, CRM AND REAL ESTATE PORTAL INFRASTRUCTURE
In the digital structure developed for Mediterra Group, X8 Core was used to build a more manageable, extensible and sustainable system. As a result, corporate content management, project pages and structural growth needs were supported in a healthier way.
With the CRM integration, customer relationship and prospective customer management became more controlled, while the accounting connections contributed to a more orderly data flow. The real estate portal, in turn, made project and portfolio presentations more powerful, transforming Mediterra Group's digital presence from a mere promotional website into a more active project and communication hub.
RECOMMENDED MARKETING AND SEO SCOPE
For this project, the most appropriate approach is to position the marketing and SEO side within the following framework:
WEB CONCEPT
A central corporate web concept that clearly conveys the group and holding structure
SEO INFRASTRUCTURE
Strengthening the technical SEO infrastructure with PROJX SEO Algorithms
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
Building an information architecture suited to the real estate and construction industry, with corporate pages, project pages, service areas and an investment-oriented focus
REAL ESTATE PORTAL
Positioning the real estate portal alongside the corporate web structure within the same digital ecosystem
ORGANIC TRAFFIC
Planning content and page structures that support organic traffic, brand awareness and project visibility
CRM ACCOUNTING
Making data flow more orderly with CRM and accounting integrations
E-MAIL MARKETING
Managing visitor, prospective customer and existing relationships more sustainably with e-mail marketing
STRONG FOUNDATION
Establishing a strong technical foundation in terms of speed, mobile performance, indexability and crawl efficiency
X8 CORE
Setting up an extensible, sustainable digital backbone with X8 Core that supports long-term growth
Thanks to this approach, Mediterra Group's digital presence became more than a corporate narrative space; it turned into an active hub generating traffic, visibility, project interest and brand awareness.
RESULT
At the end of the project, Mediterra Group's digital visibility and brand awareness were significantly
strengthened. The corporate website turned into a more active traffic source,
and together with the real estate portal and the CRM structure, project
visibility and relationship management became more sustainable.
On the measurable side, the project delivered a 250% growth impact. This outcome showed that when strong
corporate storytelling, a sound SEO setup, a CRM-supported structure and
a
portal approach that strengthens project presentations come together, they can produce effective
results in terms of brand visibility and visitor growth.
