BRAND & NEED
Operating in the field of glass production and positioned in the Dutch market, Glasscope needed more than just a structure offering products and services. What the brand needed was a professional, trust-inspiring corporate identity perceived as strong in the international market, along with a sustainable digital presence to support it.
The need was not just to design a new corporate website. At the same time, how the brand was seen, how it was communicated, through which touchpoints it reached users, and how these touches translated into customer relationships also had to be reimagined. For this reason, the project was approached as a strategic transformation in which the brand and digital system were rebuilt together, going beyond a standard website project.
MAIN PROBLEM
The fundamental issue to be solved in the project was to give the brand operating in the Netherlands a professional brand identity. Brands with strong production capacity cannot fully convey their potential to the target audience when they are not represented accurately enough on the digital side. Especially in international markets, corporate appearance, trust building and the quality of the first touch become decisive.
The structure needed for Glasscope was an integrated solution that strengthens the professional brand perception, informs visitors correctly, healthily feeds communication channels and digitally supports customer relationship management.
PROJECT GOAL
The main goal of this project was to build a strong brand identity for Glasscope, increase brand awareness, generate visitor traffic and establish a digital system that more healthily supports customer relationship management. In addition, the aim was for the brand to gain a more premium appearance, for communication points to become clearer and for a sustainable backbone supporting long-term growth to be created.
PROJX APPROACH
PROJX Digital did not approach this project as design only or software only. The process was carried out with a holistic methodology that jointly evaluated brand positioning, user experience, digital visibility, technical sustainability and customer relationship goals.
The project started with a SWOT analysis, clarifying the current situation, perception issues and opportunity areas. Then, in the project planning and project architecture creation steps, the brand's visual system and digital backbone were considered together. As a result, not only a better-looking brand was created, but also a digital structure that works more accurately.

Thanks to this structure, brand perception, corporate storytelling, digital visibility and relationship management were brought together under the same roof.
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
The project developed for Glasscope was carried forward with a multi-layered and controlled UX/UI methodology.
In the Discovery phase, the brand's current position, competitive environment and user expectations were analyzed through observation, interviewing, competitor analysis and prototyping processes.
In the Define phase, persona, user audience and customer journey map studies clarified how the target audience engages with the brand and what information they need.
In the Developer phase, brainstorming, information architecture and user flow studies built the brand's digital narrative backbone.
In the Design phase, wireframes, system designs, UI Design, testing and presentation processes were completed.
Thanks to this methodology, the resulting structure not only offered an aesthetically strong corporate appearance, but also turned into an experience that supports the brand being perceived as more trustworthy, clearer and
more professional.
BRAND IDENTITY, X8 CORE AND CUSTOMER INFRASTRUCTURE
One of the strongest aspects of the work carried out for Glasscope was that the brand identity was not left as just a visual package. Brand identity was approached as a system that works together with the corporate website, digital communication flows and customer touchpoints.
Thanks to X8 Core Business Management Software, this structure gained a more sustainable and scalable backbone. The approach of unifying the customer journey with the database contributed to a more accurate interpretation of visitor behaviors, communication channels and relationship flows. Thus, the website became not just an information area, but an active business tool that more accurately feeds customer relationships.
INTEGRATION AND COMMUNICATION STRUCTURE
The project planned a structure linked with Google, Microsoft, digital marketing tools, CRM and ERP. As a result, the brand's digital presence not only became visible, but also turned into a system that produces more meaningful data in terms of communication and relationship management.
This integration approach supported Glasscope's customer contact being healthier nourished and its corporate communication channels working more accurately.
RECOMMENDED MARKETING AND SEO SCOPE
The most accurate approach to positioning the marketing and SEO side for this project would be as follows:
